Isobel Mills

Isobel Mills, a New York based designer and artist, discovered textiles through her love of ceramics and the malleability of the clay. In 2018 she opened her business ISOBEL and launched her first collection of luxury interior fabrics, which she sells to the trade in showrooms across the country. Through textiles, she is able to fuse her love of shape, scale, and surface design by creating fabrics with both visual and physical texture. For her, taking in and understanding the visual world is deeply connected to the tactile. Known for her brand of playful, yet sophisticated fabrics, creating is her tactile way of making sense of the world.
